Policy Agreements *

I am 18 years or older or will be at the time of my appointment. No minors are permitted into the tattoo studio, even with a guardian present. I will bring a valid government ID, or my appointment will be treated like a last minute cancellation.

RENO ONLY: Guests are permitted on a case-by-case basis. The Washoe Health department considers the entire studio to be a surgical area and it is safer to come alone. If guests are brought without artist approval, they will be asked to stay outside the tattoo room in Nexus common areas.

All appointment payments are cash only and all retainers are non-refundable.

I will come to my appointment sober, not hungover, well-rested, hydrated, and on a full stomach.

I will not using numbing cream without my artist's approval.

Completed designs are not released prior to appointment times and any minor design alterations can be made at the appointment.

I am being booked on this initial design idea and I agree to pay another retainer if I decide to get a new design entirely to accommodate for extra drawing time.

There is a 3 (half day) / 6 (full day) rescheduling policy and I must let my artist know at least 3/6 days in advance for my retainer to be transferred to a new day. One reschedule is allowed within a 6 month window of my original appointment date for my retainer to be honored on a new day. Multiple reschedules will result in my retainer being forfeit and I will be required to put down another for additional rescheduling.

Last minute cancellations (24 hours before appointment) will result in a 50% fee for the total of the appointment. Extenuating, rare circumenstances are the only exception.

I need to come on time and that being 15 minutes late without contacting my artist will result in a $50 late fee. Being 30 minutes late without contacting my artist results in my appointment being treated as a no call-no show.

My artist has the right to stop service or refuse any further service for any instances involving sexism, homophobia, racism, transphobia, or any kind of disrespectful treatment towards any artist or client in the tattoo studio.

I am seeking a personal experience with somebody who genuinely cares about me and my body. My design is uniquely thought out for me with care and is 100% original. My artist is more than happy to figure out plans that work for both of us as long as I am open and direct about communicating. I have autonomy over my body and my voice and comfortability matters. I trust my artist and know the best tattoo experience happens when two people mutually respect and care for one another.
